PROPHETIC BOOK-ENDS
Yesterday in my time of devotion and prayer, the Lord directed me to the numbers 7 and 3, which when multiplied together equals 21. Only after I began to pen this prophetic word did I realise that the date here in Australia was in fact 21/1/21, which of course is today for the Northern hemisphere.
So I believe God is showing us that 21/1/21 is a significant date. I believe it is a marker for new beginnings. A completion of one season and the commencement of a new era dawning as both numbers 7 and 3 symbolise.
7 represents God’s perfection as well as His completion (such as the perfect completion of the 7-day creation story, and also when Elisha brought a boy back to life who sneezed 7 times symbolising his complete healing).
3 represents new life / new beginnings (as Jesus’ death and resurrection represent the completion of one covenant and the beginning of a new covenant).
So through today’s date (21/1/21), I see it as a prophetic book-end date with both 21’s on either side of the number 1.
To me, it prophetically reminds me that Jesus is the beginning and the end, the alpha, and omega. He is the first and the last. Jesus was there at the start and He will be there at the end. Both history and future are the two book-ends of time, and in the middle, (somewhere where we currently sit), Jesus must take centre stage. He must be our number one focus - our True North. He is perfection and completion (7) and through Him, all things are made brand new (3).
I believe the Lord is reminding us in this season of uncertainty that:
"The past was in His hands, the future is in His hands and right now the world is in His hands".
The Lord is saying:
"Remember who sits enthroned high above the circle of the earth as my Prophet Isaiah recalled":
“He sits enthroned high above the circle of the earth; to Him the people of earth are like grasshoppers! He stretches out the heavens like a curtain, spreading it open like a tent to live in. He reduces rulers to nothing and makes the elite of the earth as nothing at all. They barely get planted and barely take root in their position of power when the Lord blows on them and they wither away, carried off like straw in the stormy wind”. - Isaiah 4:22-24
THE THIEF MUST PAY BACK SEVEN TIMES MORE THAN HE STOLE
When I awoke yesterday, Proverbs 6:30-31 was also on my heart. This Proverb talks about what happens when a thief is caught stealing from someone. The Proverb says:
“If a thief is caught, he must pay back seven times what he stole".
I think this is a significant word from the Lord for the season we are in.
The thief of this world has, (for way too long now), been stealing our freedom, our innocence, justice, unity, privacy, our voices, church gatherings, health and longevity, biblical truths, Christian morals and ethics, the vulnerable and innocent ones, (you name it) - Satan has been robbing and thieving our liberties and it’s been going on for long enough.
And so today I feel righteous justice is in the air.
The Lord showed me that His North Winds are beginning to blow across the globe. And this includes justice and liberty. It includes a day of vengeance from our God as Isaiah 61 prophesied:
“I the Lord, love justice, I hate robbery and wrongdoing. In my faithfulness I will reward my people and make an everlasting covenant with them”.
It includes recompense as Isaiah 40:10 tells us:
"See, the Sovereign Lord comes with power, and He rules with a mighty arm. See, His reward is with Him, and His recompense accompanies Him”.
And so today I call out the evil one to repay sevenfold that which he has stolen from us. The North Winds are blowing across our globe from the One and Only True North (Jesus). It is the beginning of justice and liberty. Your time, thief, is coming to an end.
SEVEN SPIRITS OF THE LORD
The Lord also directed me yesterday morning to the seven Spirits of the Lord as found in Isaiah 11:2 and which are also referred to in the book of Revelations 1:4; 3:1; 4:5; 5:6.
The Lord has shown me that the North Winds that He is breathing into His people right now also include a fresh awakening and stirring of the seven Spirits of the Lord, which in Revelations 4:5 are described as coming from the throne room of God and look like seven burning torches of fire.
As our world becomes darker, the Ecclesia must arise and shine brighter (Isaiah 60). We must reflect the Light of the World (Jesus). We must seek the seven burning torches of the Spirit of the Lord if we are to burn brightly in a world that has lost its way.
This means we must be people who yearn for the Spirit of the Lord. Who calls out for Wisdom’s guidance, who asks for His Understanding, seeks the Counsel of the Lord, requests His Might in such an hour as this, acquire the Lord’s perfect Knowledge on matters we do not understand, and we must be a people who have the Fear of the Lord now more than ever before.
Jesus must be at the centre of our hearts. We must let His perfect, complete (7) Spirits lead the way. He alone is God and He holds the world in the palm of His hands.
UNITY IN THE ECCLESIA
The Lord then directed me back to the numbers 7 and 3 and I again looked at their multiplication into the number 21, and indeed the date this prophecy has been penned: 21/1/21.
In the New Testament, the number 7 represents the unity of the four corners of the earth (Rev 7:1). The Lord showed me at the beginning of 2021 that this is the era of Oneness. We are One body of believers being drawn from the four corners of the earth into global unity. There is not to be division but rather unity in the bride of Christ.
3 represents harmony and unity as well. If we again look at our date (21/1/21) our book-ends when added together (2+1) = 3. In the middle of our book-ends is the centre number: 1. There are 3 in the God family and yet they are 1. Harmony and unity are represented in absolute perfection through the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (They are 3 in 1 and they live in perfect symmetry as One).
God is calling for unity in His body across the globe, and from the four corners of the earth. He is calling for His Ecclesia to come of age in 21 as many Prophets have named our year. We must bridge any dissension that has crept into the body of Christ. And if we keep Jesus as the centre (1) of our all, we can unite as One as He intended and as 1 Corinthians 12:12-27 reminds us:
“There is one body, but it has many parts. But all its many parts make up one body. It is the same with Christ. We were all baptised by one Holy Spirit. And so we are formed into one body. It didn’t matter whether we were Jews or Gentiles, slaves or free people. We were all given the same Spirit to drink. So the body is not made up of just one part. It has many parts. All the parts must take care of one another. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it. If one part is honoured, every part shares in its joy. You are the body of Christ. Each one of you is a part of it”. (vs 12-14, 25-27).
